The safety of our clients is essential and therefore, in compliance with current healthcare recommendations, we have established a protocol of obligatory Covid-19 prevention measures that must be followed by our staff and anyone taking part in an excursion. These measures will be adapted in the future depending on the needs of the environment and the guidelines provided by the corresponding official bodies.
In accordance with the regulations established in law by the Canary Islands Government, Jeep Safari hire is booked with a driver.

Excursions in Tenerife depart from the meeting point at around 9.15am. For all other excursions, please check the departure times for each activity on our website. Please bear in mind that the collection time will depend on where you are staying and your assigned collection point.
The collection time depends on where you’re staying and the excursion that you’ve booked. Each hotel has been assigned a collection zone. Please contact our office if you are staying in another zone. You will be dropped off at the same place as where you were collected.
Each excursion has a return time. Timetables are approximate and depend on the weather, traffic, etc.
All the services include transport by jeep or minivan with a driver. The excursions to La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma, also include boat transfer. Not all the excursions include food; please check the conditions for each activity.
It’s a good idea to bring at least one warm layer of clothing, even in the summer months. Canary Islands weather is characterised by microclimates and can vary significantly over very short distances.
Each excursion stops at the places of greatest interest. Stops are the same for everyone in the caravan and are decided before departure. Unauthorised stops cannot be made except in an emergency.
Canary Islands fauna is famous for its biodiversity and highlights include birds, fish, small reptiles and invertebrates. There are no large mammals in the Canary Islands except for those used for farming. During the journey you may spot some of these species but it’s not guaranteed.
