DOES THE PLATFORM DELIVER COOKIES? WHAT ARE THEY?

Depending on the entity that administers the equipment and the domain which sends out the cookies and processes the data they gather, we can classify them as:

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

In general, any dispute or conflict shall preferably be brought to the attention of the parties concerned in order to achieve a mutually agreed and amicable solution; for this purpose, with regard to TAMARÁN, the channel described in the above Section shall be used.

If such a solution is not possible, in accordance with the terms of the GDPR for determining the appropriate leading or principal authority to deal with any conflict, dispute or claim in relation to the present privacy and cookie policy, for administrative purposes at least, you are advised that the authority will be the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) [Spanish Data Protection Agency].

With regard to the right to effective legal remedy, Article 79.2 of the GDPR will apply, with the relevant rights being exercised before the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid. All cases will be subject to Spanish law.
